[Best played as Allied] After securing the northern part of Madagascar during Operation Ironclad on May 7th, the Commenwealth troops under the command of Sir William Platt launched Operation Streamline Jane in order to conquer the rest of the "Rainbow Island". The British command feared that the island could get under the control of Germany or Japan (like French Indochina) so that the Axis forces could maintain a submarine base there. On September 10th Operation Streamline Jane started and it lasted until the French supreme commander surrendered on November 9th.
