*Through the eye of the needle - The Matrix Games version of West Front

One of the most interesting scenarios I have played.

This is a violent, bloody scenario comprised of a huge and highly varied mix of units for both sides. Certain not to disapoint. Visibility is 20, not 10, as the scenario description says. The allies have huge numbers of firefly tanks, and many other types, and Boisforas used his to both charge to the direct center of the board, preventing me from forming a front, and to prevent exiting of german units on the east edge by rushing many units to the area, so be aware of this if you play german. The value of the objectives and exit hexes are for naught - it's kills that will determine the outcome of this one.

Even though I remained ahead all game, I was constantly pressed by the Germans, This scenario could be a great one with a little work. Maybe fewer objectives, so the allies are forced to engage more? Or maybe some late reinforcements for the Germans to counter with?

A really fun scenario. If victory conditions were adjusted it would be EXCELLENT.

Allies can crush the Germans in this one but having a plan to exit and fight is the key to survival.
