8 February 1814 - Variant - Intended for Head to Head play - In this version of the battle the entire 2nd Reserve Division of the Austrian army was ordered to march east on the preceding day to secure Legnano from an imagined French column. The Austrians will have to do without 13,000 men. Bellegarde's plan now has become more defensive in nature.
