5 November 1805 - Historical - Following upon the heels of the retreating Russians, at about 4pm Murat and his advance guard found Bagratian drawn up at Amstetten, a small town about 16 km south of the Danube River and southwest of Durenstein. Rather than plunge headlong into the line Murat awaited Lannes' infantry. Finally Lannes pushed Oudinot's Grenadier Division against the village. The Austrians fell back from the positions with the Russians covering their retreat. Intended for Head to Head play.
