10-12 December 1805 - Alternate - Historically, Charles' army was never able to make a union with Alexander because of the latter's decision to force a battle before they could join forces. What if Alexander had waited for Charles and Napoleon had used the time to bring up more forces? The assumption is that Charles would have sidestepped Vienna by way of Pressburg and then to Austerlitz. Massena would have marched via Vienna and arrived later for the battle. Various forces in and around Vienna would have been called up for the battle. Should be played Head to Head.
