The French-Allies are in pursuit of the fleeing Austrian rearguard when they come face to face with an entire corps of Austrians marching from Eckmuhl! Marshall Lannes is initially outnumbered but a very strong force of Frenchmen should arrive shortly to tip the scales. Meanwhile the Austrians seek to destroy the advancing Allies in detail!

I think it is well balanced. The French are initially outnumbered, but in a good position. The Austrians have manpower, but a narrow approach that lends to horrific losses to French guns and line infantry fire. This game went to the wire.
The Austrians need to attack quickly and aggressively before the French reinforcements arrive
Fun scenario. Mobility and slugfest. Probably favors the Austrians.
Allied artillery is very tough in this one.
