067. Eylau - Later Start - Ney Takes A Shortcut! - WDS Campaign Eylau-Friedland

8 February 1807 - Variant - Intended to be played Head to Head - In this version of the battle which starts later Ney's VI Corps takes a shortcut to cut off L'Estocq's Prussian Corps and will arrive four hours earlier. The VI Corps begins to arrive at noon. Gardanne's 2nd Division will begin to arrive at 2 pm. (Uses Variant OB to include Prussian units that were left behind) Design Note: The Russian artillery ammunition level is low due to the fact that the army was low on ammunition. They had counted on the Prussians being able to supply them but events in 1806 changed their plans. The Russian player will have to carefully use the ammunition they have.
