14 October 1806 (Alternate) The famous battles of Jena and Auerstedt. Napoleon's great victory at Jena was only surpassed by his subordinate, Marechal Davout, who pulled off a brillant victory. These victories started the pursuit of the Prussian army which pretty much finished off any organized resistance. Victory over the Prussians, however, would only come later in 1807 and after many battles had been fought. This version of the two battles features a split map with no interaction between the battlefields. Victory is mainly based on the destruction of the enemy forces. Intended for head to head play. This variant of the scenario adds in the majority of Bernadotte's I Corps at 10am as an aid to the III Corps near Auerstedt. The Prussians receive more troops for Jena. This variant assumes that Prince Louis was not killed at Saalfeld and instead had his command intact for Jena.
