26 August 1813 - Intended to be played Head to Head - The initial actions in the Battle of Dresden involved a recon towards the city by the Prussians and Russians. The 10th Brigade of the Prussian II Corps made the initial attack but was only able to make headway once the (tardy) Russian Advance Guard made its appearance to turn the French flank. This action was the only real attack by the Allies until the main attack later in the day.
