(Play as CSA)On the 5th of February, CSA Generals Heth and Gordon were ordered to advance south of Hatcher's Run and determine the enemies position and intentions, and then attack if practicable. General Pegram's Division will advance along the Dabney Mill Road, but will not arrive before darkness falls. Just north of the Armstrong Mill, the Union 2nd Corps, commanded by Major General Andrew Humphreys, sent forward the divisions of Smyth and Mott. Soon, the two forces would engage and fight the Battle of Hatcher's Run. As the southern commander, you must lead your men south and engage the enemy with the intention of thwarting their plans to breakthrough your works defending Petersburg.
