Definitely 100% favors the Allies. Fun scenario, but the French will be overwhelmed.
The French start with medium fatigue and low number battalions. The Prussians have strong fresh battalions. What the French also have are a lot of leaders, and with VP for Leaders ON, points rapidly are lost to the Prussians.
