Crusade: 2nd Crusade
Scenario Briefing: Having reached the Ancient and now Imperial city of Ephesus, the army of King Louis VII camped nearby to rest. Against the advice of the Byzantine Emperor, Manuel I Komnenos, King Louis sent his vanguard to ensure that the way was clear for the rest of the army to proceed. Just beyond the city, in the Decervium Valley, the Seljuks were waiting to ambush the unsuspecting Crusaders. In this battle, the vanguard will fight alone. Guard against the many Seljuk arrows and press the attack, as the Seljuks will certainly press theirs to the fullest.
