0000 2 August, 1943. In an attempt to slow the Tokyo Express' attempts to reinforce the troops at Vila via the Blackett Strait, 15 PT boats were sent to patrol the waters there. The PT's, including one commanded by LTJG JF Kennedy would launch 30 torpedoes, but fail to stop the express. **For play balance, PT Torpedo Loads have been cut in half. Players don't feel the historical constarints on usage.**
