11 August 1796 - Historical - Intended to be played Head to Head - The first segment of the Battle of Neresheim involved the movement forward to the villages of Katzenstein, Frickingen and Dunstelkingen by St. Cyr which was then followed by an attack by the more numerous Austrians forces. Eventually St. Cyr was sent reeling to the rear towards Neresheim where there Desaix' and the Reserve cavalry werre waiting. It was at that point later in the afternoon that Charles realized he could go no further and prudently withdrew.
