27 May 1799 - Historical - Intended to be played Head to Head - This is the historical rearguard action at Winterthur where Ney was eventually forced to retreat in the face of the superior forces of the Austrian general Hotze. For an historical overview see the "RBR_Battles.pdf" file found in the main game folder. As this is a delaying action the French player should carefully choose when to stop and fight and when to retreat.
