25-26 September 1799 - Variant - Intended to be played Head to Head - In this variant of the two day battle of the Second Battle of Zürich all of the Allied forces (including Suvorov' army and Hotze' wing) and additional French forces are on the battlefield to start the battle. The French army are seeking other locations to cross the Limmat River. The French enjoy a slight advantage in strength. Both sides fix at 8pm. The players should disengage from combat prior to this turn.
