3 December 1800 - Variant - Intended to be played Head to Head - This scenario uses the Normal Terrain (NT) graphics. Weather conditions are still in effect. In this variant of the battle the Archduke John's wish is fulfilled: the French have set up their defensive lines at Haag and Dorfen east of Hohenlinden. As a result the battle will be more of a "running duel" between the two armies using more of the total map area than is seen in the historical battle scenario.
