Scenario Briefing: The Assault on Stene Redoubt (What if)
The advance from Sweden to the redoubt at Stene has been arduous. Poor roads, worsened by rain have plagued the Army of Jamtland. There is no easy way around Stene redoubt and a frontal assault is the only option. It will not be easy as the Norwegians are in good defensive position and know their ground. However the Swedes have pushed on, leaving the heavier equipment behind - hoping to attack the Norwegians before they are fully prepared.
This variant has some of the defending Norwegians yet to arrive in the defensive positions.
