Scenario Briefing: Tilly attacks Baden "What if?" - This hypothetical scenario assumes that Tilly's Catholic army suffered a setback in the 1622 campaign and then fell back to the area around Leipzig in the hope of finding a suitable opportunity to defeat the various Anti-Imperialist armies piecemeal. In this "what if" scenario, Tilly decides to attack Baden, hoping to crush his army before other Anti-Imperialist forces can march to his assistance. Baden's army starts out scattered and outnumbered, but Mansfeld's Anti-Imperialist army is within marching distance and should arrive in time to take part in the battle. Tilly is also expecting an allied Spanish army to join him. This is a hypothetical campaign scenario.
Recommended Rules: Default
Note: Probably best played Head-to-Head or as the Imperialist side against an Anti-Imperialist A/I.
