Toulouse 10 April 1814: Hill's attack on St. Cyprian - This scenario covers Hill's diversionary attack on St. Cyprian. At 5am O'Callaghan's brigade led the assault on the weakest point of the outer defensive line. The French started pulling back to the stronger second line and Hill then sent Barnes' brigade forward in support of the attack. With the French now safely behind the mediaeval walls and effectively safe from escalade, the fighting in this sector degenerated into skirmishing and a fairly ineffective artillery duel.
