Vitoria: Across the Zadorra - Variant scenario using gun sections, 10 minute turns and with stacking and cavalry charge factor reduced to enhance British linear tactics. By 2pm the noise of Graham's attack had been heard all along the Allied line and, with French troops already diverted to counter-attack Hill, it was high time for the remaining British troops to cross the Zadorra and attack the weakened French center. Led by Kempt's brigade, the Light Division secures a foothold across the river. While Picton's 3rd Division was also ready to cross, the inexperienced Lord Dalhousie's 7th Division remained unprepared, with only one brigade available for the attack. Meanwhile, on the extreme left of the battlefield, Villatte's 3rd Division had launched a successful counter-attack against Morillo's Spaniards and the British 71st, but was unaware of the general French withdrawal. Cole's 4th Division supported by Dickson's artillery reserve, crossed at Nanclares, with the British cavalry ready to cross behind.
