I'll give it a shot, I guess. I have six or seven games going on right now and haven't found it too demanding to manage files. But there's nothing to lose, right? I mean, other than an hour or two...

Once you get it set up right, it organizes all your games in a list, lets you know what turns need to be done, the date of your last turn sent out to any player, opens the game for you, puts the password in, closes the game and mails it...does about everything but bring you a Coke. If your opponent also has it you just do one double-click on the file and you are in business.
