RE: Owl Winter Tournament: Forgotten City
I wouldn't go as far as to claim I was winning in either, just that it is a very enjoyable scenario. Lots of second and third guessing when doing the set-up, and then trying to discern the style of my 2 new opponents. I hope to beat the shit out of them, but that is a long way off, if at all!

he he .. you seem quite confident my cocky friend ..? it appears that my cunning plan of luring you into a false sense of security is working a treat ?! ... we will soon find out who is the spider and who is the fly .? wont we ....:chin: (cue insane giggle and frantic rubbing of hands ...)

OK, so you've thrown me for a bit of a loop, but still on track for a s#$t-kicking! Just kidding - I'd have absolutely no cause to be cocky at any point in this game. Hopefully that point where I can be is coming up though:cheeky:

RE: Owl Winter Tournament: Forgotten City
The first battle is nearly complete for both my games. I've enjoyed it and am looking forward to seeing how the next set-up zones look.
It would be cool to take a screen shot from high above the battlefield of the different player's set-up zones at the start of the next round. Just clear the bases before hitting print screen and they'll stay hidden and the zones will be shown.
I would like to see how everyone's strategy worked out.

RE: Owl Winter Tournament: Forgotten City
Herroberst and me have finished our first battle (with advantage for Herrobst)
The second battle is a night battle, the contrast is great , the LOV is quite straight
I think it will be more tactic than the first one.
just one precision: when you make your setup and you save the game, the box request
you ''Do you want to skip the night battle''?
I think you must answer ''No'' for the two opponents.

RE: Owl Winter Tournament: Forgotten City
Am very close to finishing my two battles, but the holiday has interfered with my opponents turns.
Maybe finish just before the New Year.
