Storm weather
Assuming the storm MP multiplication stacks with weather, if a movement cost is doubled by the storm to a level that means a hex that would normally be reachable is theoretically no longer reachable because it costs too many MP's to reach, does the MP requirement switch to Max/all?

What happens to hexes that already cost Max/all MP's?

Let's say an infantry unit in Moscow 1942, which can normally move 1 hex in snow or frozen weather finds itself in a storm, what happens? Is it frozen in place?

What happens if it wants to enter a forest hex?

RE: Storm weather
ComradeP,

Can't tell you how it is supposed to work, but after playing almost 90 turns of M42, including several storm days, I can say that your inf units will have no problem moving one hex into open or forest hexes during storms.

RE: Storm weather
All units can always move one hex (as long as the hex is not prohibited).
