EP 1914 ?
Hello, pretty interested in this one.
?: Are the OOB files "locked" for editing? (I know France 1914 is)

Cheers!

RE: EP 1914 ?
Quite a few views and no answers. Is it because of the perceived topic sensitivity? I assure all, my question is of no way shape or form intended to subtly or overtly instill, foment ,imply, or begin any discussion or commentary on HPS/JT's titles regarding editable data ! :)
My only comment to a yes or no answer will be "thanks" or maybe "cheers",,,but I gotz to know!

RE: EP 1914 ?
It is definitely the same as in F'14, there is no OOB editor. Changing it manually will generate an error.

RE: EP 1914 ?
Fwiw, your question on the Pike and Shot thread over on the Slitherine board -regarding cavalry firing to the side.

Page 92 second paragraph 'Europe's Tragedy: A New History of the Thirty Years War' - no idea if anyone answered you over there - but according to Peter H Wilson (and I think I recall reading the same elsewhere) - that is how they did it in the 17th Century.

It doesn't appear that the Slitherine guys copped the same sort of thing.

but at least now you have a source to go with your question. Catapult
