go visit the blitz FTP section (be patient it takes a while to load)
go to MODS folder
choose CM folder
DL the no CD file for your version (euro or us)
unzip with winace
( if you don't have winace, you can get the self installing freeware version located in that same folder)
copy the file from the zip into your Cm folder (AFTER you make a BU copy of your original exe file)

play without the CD
