Hi
I have the same problem.
winmbt and winww2 will only run smoothly using the windowed version
I worked around it the most simple way (I am too stupid to fiddle with the grafic setup).:whis:

Before running the windowed version, I just change the resolution on my monitor to 800X600 - then the game runs smoothly in a window who fills the full screen ;)
