Stupid things I have done...

Oh yeah, I've done that one....the old "we'll be so fast there's no way they'll get a shot off!" routine.

Also firing at a target way ahead but instead hitting a crest line close to my gun, knocking out my own Bren carrier. Or threading the path of a 150mm infantry gun through my own occupied buildings to hit an enemy target....blithely ignoring the well demostrated inaccuracy of the big guns, which was demonstrated graphically once again with a demolished friendly building and ten infantry casualties to "friendly" fire.
