Matrix Game: Guns Of August

Was Bismark the battle of Jutland game where you had blue ship counters and a tape to determine range and a Combat results table to determine hits and damage? I think I still have the counters somewhere.
I would love to find a WW1 era naval game for the computer. There was a series out called "Great Naval Battles" but I never had any luck getting them ( there were 4) to run. I tried 'Fighting Steel', which had good graphics, but sucked as a game.
