l know from a similar experience with WF that you must use the correct patch US, Europe whatever.
This is from memory but start up your DG game and on the top taskbar first from the right, click " help " the drop menu will tell you what version you have.
However if you have already installed the wrong one maybe it's best to completely uninstall everything and start from scratch.
