Guys,

Trying to edit the stock Minsk campaign to make 1st Tank Corps assignable via corps attachment later in the game. Unit reports to 1st Baltic Front Reserve (an army) under the 1st Baltic Front. Peer armies under 1st Baltic Front do not appear to have this problem, as their corps are all assignable. Any ideas?
