I've made a couple high quality, CM videos with Fraps.

What I've found that works is uploading the Fraps raw video to Windows Media Maker. Make title edits, audio fades, etc, with the extremely limited WMM options. Save as a high quality video. Upload to Youtube. Paste link here.

Make sure to click "Watch in High Quality"!



As for embedding video inside a post, I don't think it's possible...
