Thanks guys, the vid clip icon is sitting on my desktop as an AVI file and works fine when I click on it, but I don't know how to put it into a post.
It's only 30 seconds long because that's all the free trial version of Fraps allows, so I'd have to pay for the full version.
And I think I'd also have to pay to sign up with Youtube wouldn't I, so I'm wondering whether to abandon the whole idea
