RE: Scenario Testing Question
Hi Larry:

I'm not a big fan of fixed units - especially in H2H games. :(

Are you following these directions? (Talonsoft)

"To set a release for a unit or organization, you must select "Add Release" from the "Settings" pop-down menu. To ensure that you release the proper unit (or organization) you must first find the (unit's) organization among the organizations listed in the "Add Release" dialog. Note that the "Add Release" dialog only displays organizations & units that have been placed on the map (unlike the display for "Show Org..." from the "Display" menu which always shows the scenario's entire OOB). As you click on orgs in the "Add Release" dialog, the selected orgs / units will become highlighted on the map. Continue to click on listed organizations / units in the "Add Release" dialog until just that organization / unit that you wish to release is highlighted. That done, before closing the dialog you must input the turn number which you want the organization / unit to become released on (or to begin "rolling" to become released). If desired, you can adjust the chance of its being released in the "Percent Probability" box."

Also, can your scenario "work correctly" if your fixed units are released only by enemy fire? :chin:

I am currently playing a H2H West Front scenario (Crossing the Dives River) that features German fixed units - some have a release turn; others release by enemy fire. Maybe that can work in your scenario?
