Why is this happening?

This is just a SMALL sample, the data goes on forever. If I reply to his email it takes about 2 minutes to send a 50kb file. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Nope, your latest turn that I got today still has it, so I guess we don't have to worry about zipping the files anymore. I guess the easiest way around it is I won't reply to your emails with a REPLY, just create a new one. Damn strange though.

If the zip ADD, unchecked "Hidden n Sys files" is off.
And the run-0n data comes even without winzip.
See if the Saved File is the same size as the one attached to your email. That will determine if the data run is tied to your OS or Email program.
+ OS "Option" or "View" parameter as it relates to email that might be the issue or it is with the Email program.
