Not a software bug, but still annoying
I may be the only one that finds this disturbing (or annoying is probably a better word), but it appears when the Matrix version was released work was done to slow down the 2D replay (i'm assuming some folks complained if you watched the replay in 2D under the old system some of the movement was too fast to easily not intricacies in the enemy movement). However, the detriment of this approach for me is that it now moves all enemy units slowly, even if they are not visible. Since I play large games, sometimes very large, this can result in 10 minutes or more at times (not exaggerating and 10 minutes is longer than you think) of no movement on the screen at all as the game slowly moves all the unseen enemy units. I tend to read books or do other things while this process is taking place. If there is any kind of update later, or if there is a tag/switch I can flip somewhere in the program that will revert it to the old setting (where it can work through unseen units like lightning) please let me know about it. It's a big detractor for me.

Best regards,

LR
