"No we are not trying to view the replay. Time ended for Campaign scenario. After options picked for next scenario the error shows up, can't open game from there."

OK I get the picture. I think you guys are in trouble. I've heard of this problem before. The 2-player hot seat also has bugs/flaws where the game crashes and is gone forever. I hope I'm wrong and that support can send you a lifeline.
