CS Problem - Creating & Editing Maps

This seems to be a "feature" some of the Windows 7 systems experience, but not all.

I had the same issue from the sound of it, ie. only having this issue with Map Editor, but not with JTCS itself or Scenario Editor, even with same exact map file giving me problems in Map editor.

For me, the simple resolution was to disable desktop composition as mentioned in this thread: https://www.theblitz.club/message_boards...=windows+7

Edit: To be precise:

"'In Vista™ if you experience an issue with the scrolling refresh during the game please go to the Properties of each shortcut and put a check in the box next to “Disable desktop composition” to resolve this issue'. "

It resolved my W7 issues with Map Editor. Seems to be a Vista/W7 64 bit issue?
