I haven't played them yet, but I have read them a few times. They seem like They will make SL/ ASL less complicated and should let the game flow smoother. Nice charts & it's well written.

The Valor & Victory rules have some of this & some of that. I have been reading the Lock n Load rules too.
LnL uses an impulse system. You can move a unit right after the other
player moves his. It's kind of like "real action" turns.
