Black Sea patch 1.03 released

Well after a few hiccups and restarts all my ongoing games seem to be working ok after patching to 1.03, or are they?
For example games sometimes freeze during play and I have to switch off the power and reboot, i don't know if the patch is causing it or whether my PC is on the blink.
And GazNZ has just told me that his tank and Tunguska refused to area-fire in a game, that happened once with my tank too.
So I'm wondering if anybody else is noticing odd things since patching?
