True - but due to the insanity of my work, I'm not a dependable PBEM partner - so I play the AI and he never complains even when I go weeks without doing a turn.

Thanks for the suggestion on the hot seat play further up. Between the gaps in play and my steadily advancing, middle-aged senility, it should make for a good challenge.

I'll give it a whirl either way ...  "Prelude" seems like an interesting situation :  How fast can the Soviets trample over Hungarian speed bumps down South before strong German armor is released and big VP areas can be reinforced in Budapest ....
I am 21 turns into prelude as a hotseat.Axis front line starting to solidify...I have all the PzC games so I have a large scenario going hotseat for each title.That way I always have something on the go I can jump into as the whim strikes me...  Big Grin
