Thanks for the update, Mike, and you're always welcome in this corner of the bar. In fact the Mike West stool hasn't been sat on since you left and not just because we broke it, either. So pull up the pieces and stay awhile. 

I played one of your scenarios recently and couldn't help thinking of your unabashed plugs whenever you loaded up a new one. I miss that.
