I haven't done that since the 90's, but you can use software to virtually mount a CD. I used to use PowerISO, which I bought for that purpose and still have. 

Here's a tutorial on how it works: https://www.instructables.com/id/Play-a-...h-no-disc/. You can probably find other tutorials by googling. Expect them, like the link, to be pretty dated.
