New Computer And CS Will Not Run

Hello, 

Had to get a new computer this weekend. 

Reinstalled CS off the Matrix website and the update. 

None of the exe's will run. 

This is the error message: "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.  Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail."

I have no clue what this means. 

My OS is Microsoft Windows 11.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
