RE: THE MALITZ TROPHY COMPETITION
COMBAT FOOTAGE - Wombats Papa Stalins make their move..

A thunderous roar rings out from across the billabong, it can only be a nuclear detonation or even worse, a (gulp) mighty Stalin..

RE: THE MALITZ TROPHY COMPETITION
RESULT JUST IN - RNL Tiger beats POS

This endgame shot shows final front lines (Russian brown, German blue), and the number and type of of AFV's each side bought. The yellow figure denotes number destroyed.

Both sides had 6 tanks and traded them one-for-one for most of the game as RNL attacked and secured the airfield at background, then swung towards the town centre, compressing my Russians into a small perimeter around the church.
Then his lone Hetzer (near bottom flag) took the stage and singlehandedly killed my last two T-34's to notch up enough points to gain a minor win, proving Guderians adage - "If the tank succeeds, the victory follows"

My 5 dead T-34's attest to the tremendous pressure RNL exerted on the ville, they died in their tracks to keep the flag red..

RNL's hero of Malitz Unteroffizier Peltz in his Hetzer, last surviving tank of the battle..

COMBAT FOOTAGE - Mugger's Stalins dominate airfield

PIC 1 - They come trundling down the runway into my territory and let fly at the last survivor of my panzer group in that sector..

PIC 2 - My boy fired first into the lead Stalins side but it pinged off the turret front, then the beast fired back and sent the panzer to join its mates in valhalla

MEMO TO ALL COMBATANTS

I'll do at least one Combat Footage screenshot from every game in progress, but whatever happens you're guaranteed to get the usual birds-eye view Endgame Screenshot showing final front lines and thrust arrows etc..:)

I shall have to look up in a dictionary what this thing called 'sleep' is..
And i'll also look up other unknown things I sometimes hear people talking about called 'work', 'wife', 'family', 'outside world' etc..
