If you have installed the 1.03 UPDATE, you can find the PDF version in the MANUALS folder. There are a number of additional documents within that folder that are worth a look.

I found some stuff.

Specifically, I found "CS-Manual-[EBOOK].pdf"

Is that the updated manual?

The Manual included in the v1.03 download under the Manuals Folder contains all the correct information, section 21 contains all the whizbang new stuff. Section 5 has things on the capacities of Engineers

The manual that you download from the Matrix FTP is the wrong one
