I had this same problem with OWL. I'd get his emails and he would never get mine. This would suggest that the problem is on OWL's end.

I played along with the charade that he wasn't recieving my emails, and the zip/inzipped crap just to remain civil and to keep the game (in vain) ticking over. But the time has come to call a spade a spade. And if what I believe is true then he's used this stunt against other poor suckers who are new to this ladder and hence will take a game against anyone. I wonder how many have decided to leave the ladder in consequence?

Consider the strategy: when you are loosing simply delay returning email for 3 weeks everytime. No infringement of the letter of the rules and surely your opponent, everytime he gets het up enough to go through the process of formal warning and complaint only to extract another belated turn ... then the cycle recommences. Who isn't going to just give up? It appears to me a no-lose ploy.
