The calculations he's using are described in detail in the original post where he discussed the Tournament Set up.  To summarize what he's put up there though the score is the actual score of the games that have been reported, the Win Difference refers back to the chart in the original post, dropping victory levels into "lanes" or columns; and last 2 columns are the points awarded to either the Allied (1st Pair) or Axis (2nd Pair) Teams.  Each battle earns 100 points split between the two combatant's teams ......in some cases a few bonus points can be awarded (such as in RickyB's case where he earned 102 points for the Axis Team).  So with 5 or 8 games completed in the first Round the Axis Team is currently winning the Tournament by a score of 286 to 216

RE: Winter Operations - Kharkov '43: Round 1
My opponent accidentally set explicit supply at the start, and we both just noticed at around turn 13. We are on turn 15 now.

How would you like us to proceed?

Should we restart completely, or is there something with the scoring you want to do?

It is my opinion since the Russian's are allotted supply wagons whereas the Germans have no source of supply, it does skew the scenario heavily in their favor.

We are on turn 15 with a soviet minor defeat right now.

It sounds like the scenario was not set up for explicit supply.

To help clarify the Tournament Point calculations and results please review the following.

See the original post in the the thread Winter Operations - Kharkov '43: Tiller Operational Campaigns Tournament No 2 for the calculation logic.

The scenario "#0202_04 Kupyansk - The Trials & Tribulations of 298th Infantry Division" has the following Victory Values.

Deturk (Axis) and I completed our game in a draw. Total score was 605. He managed to block the exit hex on the last turn to prevent the rest of my cavalry from exiting.

erick_repie and I completed our match with an Axis Victory. Attached below is the victory dialogue and ending map screen.

Erick, well played. Could you please update your blitz profile so I may report our match?

Iceman

That end screen was almost the same as RickeyB and mine.
I also was torn between taking both objectives and the exit hex, and also suffered a loss due to the indecision

I am the axis player, so I do not know how it went for you.
For me, I knew I had to defend the southern most objective at all costs, there are simply too many Russian's to be able to take the losses and lose that VP hex.
